Position Summary
Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation — including ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible trips — for passengers traveling to and from medical appointments and community destinations.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport ambulatory and wheelchair passengers on scheduled trips
- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate
- Properly secure wheelchairs and passengers when operating wheelchair-accessible vehicles
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
- Complete accurate trip documentation
- Follow all CareDeserved safety and securement procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Comfort assisting passengers with mobility needs
- Dependability and punctuality
- Professional, compassionate communication
- Ability to pass required screenings

- PA Criminal Background Check
- Driving record check
Driver's License
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
Experience
Driving experience preferred; wheelchair securement a plus. Training provided where applicable.
Schedule / Availability
Daytime routes; weekday and some weekend availability.
