Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign trips to drivers
- Communicate with drivers and passengers
- Monitor daily routes and adjust as needed
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide friendly customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling tools/phones
- Calm, professional demeanor
- Ability to pass required screenings
Required Clearances / Credentials
- PA Criminal Background Check
Experience
Dispatch or scheduling experience preferred.
Schedule / Availability
Weekday shifts; some flexibility required.
