Position Summary
Provide short-term respite support that gives families a break while ensuring the individual is safe and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support during respite periods
- Support preferred activities and routines
- Ensure safety and dignity
- Follow the individual's support plan
Minimum Qualifications
- Compassion and dependability
- Good communication
- Willingness to complete required training
- Ability to pass required clearances
Required Clearances / Credentials
- PA Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (as required)
Experience
No experience required; training provided.
Schedule / Availability
As-needed, flexible scheduling.
